Question : Problem: c000021a error after install thinkpad power manager driver

Hello all,
I have an Thinkpad T60 2613, I installed windows xp sp2 and update all drivers from lenovo  got no problem on all the drivers until I installed Power management device (using Device Manager) then restart the laptop and get this error at start-up process:

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system proces terminated unexpectedly with a..... fxc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.

The system rebooted itself twice (sometime one or three times) then boot to windows.  I checked device manager and has no error on all hardwares.
all the drivers are up-to-date from lenovo.

Can anyone help me get this error fix?
Thanks,
