Question : Problem: ip redirect
Hello,
I have configuration like this:
1. LAN 192.168.1.0/24 FE1
2. DMZ 192.168.200.0/24 VLAN1
3. WAN xxx.yyy.zzz.zzz FE0
I have FTP server redirected
ip nat inside source static tcp 192.168.200.120 21 interface FastEthernet0 21
We can connect to this server from lan using 192.168.200.120 and from internet using xxx.yyy.zzz.zzz:21 address.
Is it possible to connect to this ftp server from LAN using xxx.yyy.zzz.zzz(WAN) address ??
Answer : Problem: ip redirect
Hello,
I made something like this
Internal Win 2k3 DNS
192.168.200.120
FTP.DOMAIN.COM
External provider DNS
my.external.ip
FTP.DOMAIN.COM
Now user always see FTP serwer and don't need to use two addresses
