If you want to use the cdrom drive in msdos operating system then in the config.sys file include this line
Please make sure that the file oakcdrom.sys is in windows\command directory

device=c:\window\command\oakcdrom.sys /d:mscd001

and in your autoexec.bat file include this line

mscdex /d:mscd001
