Question : Problem: iPhone Uable to Sync POP email Proplerly to POP Account

Have iPhone that has worked well for quite sometime for POP.  Recently the POP account stopped reciving mail properly.  When attempting to Send/Receive the sync gets hung at Receiving.  This POP account is not full.   The POP account works fine on Outlook client.  I have contacted Apple and have also visited the Apple store.  No resolution.  The device has been reset to factory defaults. No articles on Apple site have been of assistance either.  Need the POP account on the phone to work again for this executive staff member.

Located issue.  Result was there was an email attachment that was too large for the iPhone to process. Cleared the messages using webmail and issue is resolved.
