Question : Problem: 20 pin or 24 pin power connector used on the Biostar GeForce 6100-M9 Motherboard.

Does the Biostar GeForce 6100-M9 require the full 24 pin power connector or just the 20? The chip going on it is Athlon 64 X2. The chip originally was on another board that only used 20 pin. The manual for the Biostar is not clear if you must use 20 or 24. I don't want to plug it in and fry the board.
