Question : Problem: Upgrade laptop graphics for World of Warcraft game

Client likes to play World of Warcraft and wants to upgrade laptop for better game performance.
Dell Inspiron 1501
Sempron 3500+ 1.8ghz
1GB RAM
Vista Home Basic
ATI Radeon Xpress 1150 graphics

They requested a graphics upgrade, CPU,  and memory also.
Memory is something I can handle but not sure about Video upgrade on a laptop?
Wondering if CPU upgrade will void Warranty, or even worth considering due to mobo socket.

They just bought this laptop two months ago, and I think perhaps they should have looked at the specs a little closer.

Recommended hardware for WOW is relativly low compared to other games
Intel Pentium® IV 1.5 GHz or AMD XP 1500+ MHz
1024 MB RAM
64 MB 3D graphics card with Hardware Transform and Lighting, such as NVIDIA® GeForce™ FX 5700 class card or above

The dell 1501 has integrated video so an upgrade isn't possible there and  It will share up to 224mb of ram as long as there is more than 512mb of ram installed, so it is probably maxed out there, so adding ram would help as it can handle up to 2gb.
A CPU upgrade would be possible from the sempron up to a turion and may even accept a Turion X2 if dell offers the same motherboard in the models that accepts both. The configuration guide doesn't show this.
