Question : Problem: how do i repair my acer travelmate laptop after i tried to upgrade the BIOS and had a power failer while rebooting ? PLEASE HELP

I TRIED TO UPGRADE THE BIOS OF MY ACER TRAVELMATE 4020 USING WINFLASH SOFTWARE . AFTER  SUCCEFULL UPGRADING , THE COMPUTER ASKED ME TO REBOOT .WHILE REBOOTING I HAD A POWER FAILURE, AND ENDED WITH A DEAD PC . I ASKED THE ASSITANCE OF THE DEALER BUT HE ASKED ME ABOUT 450$ BEAUSE HE SAID I NEED A NEW MOTHERBOARD . I REFUSED HIS REQUEST BECAUSE A NEW ACER LAPTOP COSTS 500$ . SO HELP ME PLEASE.

if your bios had a bad flash, the foillowing options are open for you :
-if you have a bios recovery, or crash free bios, you can use that - check your manual for it
-if none of the above, your bios chip must be replaced - with anoriginal one
-you can try these :(much cheaper) :
