Question : Problem: Bizhub c350 - one out of for Mac's can see it

I have a Konika Minolta Bizhub c350. In the office, there are four MacBook Pro's running 10.5. Only one of them can see the copier, both under Windows Printers and Appletalk. On the computer's that cannot see the pritner, I have tried setting it up via IP, but that doesn't work either (even though it's the exact same driver as the MBP that can print to it).

Some important facts:
One of the MBP's is mine, and this is not my office, so I have never had this setup before.
For the last year, the three other MBP's have worked fine with the copier, it's been in the last few weeks that it has started acting "sporadically"

I have looked all over the web and can't find anyone to answer this problem--can you?

Answer : Problem: Bizhub c350 - one out of for Mac's can see it

Here is something you can check. We had a problem with an office multifunction copier in our network and discovered that the copier was not negotiating duplex settings correctly causing some intermittent Ethernet frame issues. Believe it or not, we had some machines that could print successfully and some that had problems and would get their print jobs stuck in queue. Believe it was due to some lost frames. Pings work, IP connectivity from switch, etc. OK but some workstations worked, while others had issues.

Setup 100MB Full Duplex fixed settings on all equipment (Ethernet switch and on Multifunction Copier) until we determined that no lost frames were occurring. Voila all machines are now printing successfully. Checked settings on a variety of other equipment as well after that to ensure this was not occurring on any other equipment, printers, appliances, or servers.
