Question : Problem: which TFT monitor is cool for eye while working for hours

I am replacing my laptop with a desktop desiring more speed. I work for long hours. I do not have any stress on my eyes with laptop but whever I work on my 15 inch SAMSUNG monitor . my eyes got stressed  a lot and brightness starts migraine pain in my head. I want to replace with any good TFT monitor that has least glare and harmful rays . is 17 or 19 inch monitors will be fine . ? what about Dell 19inch wide screen ? or any other ?

Yes, the Dell UltraSharp 1909W Monitor has the smaller, making it better in my opinion.  Sorry, i got mixed up.  So clearly the second is better than the 1st...has better pixel size and usb and a swivel stand!
