Question : Problem: Window mobile 6 with active sync

Hi, My client has Treo 800w with window mobile 6. I am trying to setup Active sync to sync directly with Microsoft Exchange server 2003 and I cannot. I am constantly getting the following error code (support code: 0x8503001C). I have a wtchguard firewall installed. Is there a port I have to open to let this communication pass through.

Hi mattkiran,

It most like your contact or calendar cause the problem. Try to sync without this two and see how it goes.
