Question : Problem: how to create remote desktop in server 2003

hi all,
i have a server and client setup on server i have windows server 2003 EE and on client i have windows XP what i want is i want all the client to access server by there own remote desktop

i have created individual users on the server when i tried to connect to server via client remote desktop by user id and password it says "LOCAL POLICY ON THIS SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW  TO CONNECT INTERACTIVELY"
where as instead of user name if i give Administrator i am able to login in remote desktop

The users need to be added to the local "remote desktop users group" on the server to which you want to connect. Administrators are members by default which is likely why you can connect.
