Question : Problem: DVI to VGA adapter
Hi,
I have a docking station which has a DVI-D and VGA. I usually use one each for a dual display output.
However I know want to connect this to a dual display VGA KVM switch. Is there any way that I can convert DVI-D to a VGA output with an expensive converter? I'm just looking for a simple adapter. It seems this can only be done with DVI-I.
If not, does anyone know if the VGA port on a Dell docking port can be used with a VGA splitter and support dual screens that way? Or will that only provide the same signal to both screens?
Thanks,
Martin
