Question : Problem: Has anyone had problems installing v9 of Nero

I downloaded and attempted to install several time now and at the 95% point get a message the install failed. The you're instructed to download and run "General-Clean Tool" which presumably erases all instances (files/folders) of Nero in case there was a previous version installed - which I also did.

I keep getting the same message - I assume because of a windows key(s) somewhere it doesn't like.

Anyone have any suggestions??

Answer : Problem: Has anyone had problems installing v9 of Nero

Try to remove old version of Nero in system first, then install version 9 again.
