Question : Problem: qic file

Is there any third party software for Windows XP that will access back up  .qic files on an external HDD?
I already read about using a 95/98 machine, but don't have access and tried using Bakeupmypc.

There are two companies that make software called Backup My PC.  There is Stomp's version, which no longer supports QIC files, then there is Orlogix's version, which I believe still supports.  Download the trial and check it out.
