Question : Problem: none of the USB ports responding
I put a fresh XP image on a T1145 eMachine.
Everything is working fine except for the front and rear USB ports. I've check the connections.
Device Manager sez that they are working fine. I uninstalled them any way. Then scanned for new hardware and still nothing. I booted to an Knoppix disk and from there they didn't work either.
When I plug in a thumb drive the light on it does light up, so there is power.
there weren't any drivers to download from the manufactures website.
Any help would be great.
Thanks
