Download the driver first. Right click on my computer and select Manage, then Device Manager. Find the Network adapter in the list, right click it and select uninstall. Reboot your PC. Windows may try to install a driver automatically. If it does I would cancel it and run the driver package from Dell instead to reinstall it.
