Question : Problem: WD Data Lifeguard, (error) Unable to load OS on new drive

eide drive install, old hd drive has a hidden 5gb hidden recover partition + 2, 42gb partitions. Everything appears to finish ok but I get a error when trying to boot. Tried rewriting mbr with recovery console, just corrupts partition table. I have 2 hd's for this l/top 1 with xp pro & 1 with media center. It will copy the one without the recovery partition without any problems and it works fine. However the one I need to copy is the one with the recovery partition. kind of stumped here ?
