Question : Problem: For some reason the new Bold I have will not open PDF attachments.

For some reason the new Bold I have will not open PDF attachments. It will open .doc and .xls. It has OS 4.6.
PDF docs worked fine on my old Blackberry Pearl.. Any ideas?

We use Notes as mail server..

error message is:
"This attachment type cannot be viewed on your device"

In the message I can see its a pdf attachment so it does recognise the format - just wont open it!

I didnt download a 3rd party viewer on my old bb.. (unless IT or mobile network did beforehand). Strange its not built in as all the marketing and reviews hype on about how its great to view all attachments including PDF's... !

maybe its a version issue - maybe I have a lemon!
