Question : Problem: Print Jobs delete themselves

Hi

I have installed on a users laptop a Brother MFC620CN printer via USB cable and now everytime we try a test print etc. we see in the print queue the job is being deleted??? Does anyone know why this happens or have a fix for it please.

Also when the printer does work it just prints the first page of any document.

I have tried changing such things as print priority to a higher number to get things working but it eventually stops working again.
