Question : Problem: Windows Media Player cannot play the file.

Hello all,

I have an error message that comes up when attempting to play files in the Windows Media Player. The error is "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file"

If I Remote Desktop onto the citrix servers I can launch outlook, find the email with the wmv or mpeg file and it will play.

If someone can please provide suggestions. Thanks.
