Question : Problem: Blackberry Sync Issue

We host a BES server, that is networked to our Exchange server. One of customers who uses our Hosted Exchange solution, has got their Blackberry connected, and the Blackberry Manager has marked the account as Running.

The customer is having a problem where if they make a new calender item in Outlook, it syncs to their Blackberry, but if they make a new calender item in the Blackberry, it doesn't sync to Outlook (or the Exchange server at all).

I am not very experienced with Blackberry devices or BES, so I am seeking out some troubleshooting advice from Experts Exchange Blackberry pros, to help resolve this issue.

Answer : Problem: Blackberry Sync Issue

RIM hooked me up with a certain guide to switch over a BES installation to use a proper account with proper settings, so unfortunately none of the help here was applied in solving my question, which is now resolved. Going to be requesting my points be refunded. Thanks for all the help guys.
