Question : Problem: InfoPrint 1532 Error

I have a customer with an IBM InfoPrint 1532 which is giving me an error of 900.83 service RIP software. I have flashed the machine with the firware LSSTN234.FLX. The flash takes it but when it reboots I still receive the error.
