Question : Problem: Incomplete Backup

We have BrightStor ARCserve to do a backup on a daily basis but for the last several weeks, we have been getting an incomplete message.  I had to clean up a shared folder on the L: drive and removed 126 files off that drive that we no longer needed. The BrightStor ARCserve keeps trying to find those files and states we have an 126 warning because it keeps looking for those files. How do I go about clearing the memory file that keeps looking for those files? Thanks for your help.

Answer : Problem: Incomplete Backup

You need to modify the Job and ensure that the Green Box agains the drive L: is is FULLY Shaded green ., and not Half Shaded.

Half Shaded = Static Selection - Modification will not be taken into account
Full Shaded = Dynamic Selection - addition/deletion of files will be taken into account ..
