Question : Problem: Backup Exec 10d DLO insufficient disk space

Running BackupExec 10d Desktop and Laptop Option (DLO) and have a few users whos agents have stalled with an error stating their local storage has insufficient space. Both have plenty of local disk space and their network store is nowhere near full. An example is one user has 890MB stored locally and has 25GB free space. With their quota set to 10%, they should be able to store 2.5GB locally.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

An off chance, but are these drives formatted with NTFS? If for whatever reason they're still stuck in FAT land, you'll occasionally run into errors wherein the actual files themselves are too large (though, IIRC, BackupExec usually limits the backup files to 1 Gig each).
