Question : Problem: How to get disks recognized by Array Mananger - PowerEdge 4400, PERC 3di

I have a Dell PowerEdge 4400 running Win2003 with a PERC 3/Di and 4 Hitachi 36GB disks.  I received the server with no OS, configured server using PowerEdge admin, installed OS, etc.  From the beginning the only drive that was recognized was HD0 and that is where the OS now resides.  I've upgraded the system bios to A11, upgraded drivers, brought the PERC firmware up to 2.8, installed Array Manger.  I cannot figure out how to get the system to recognize the other 3 disk drives.  They don't show up in array manager, rescan doesn't find them.  Have read through posts and documentation and probably am missing something rudimentary but missing it nonetheless.  Thanks for your help.
