Question : Problem: proper settings for a perc 5i on dell poweredge 2900 raid 5 running sbs 2003 r2

want to make sure I do this right.

setting up sbs 2003 r2 on a new dell 2900.  5 sas drives.  I am using the server assistant and setting up 4 drives in a raid 5, with 1 drive as a hot spare.

server assistant is giving me options for:

stripe element size (defaults to 64KB)
read policy (defaults to no read ahead)
write policy (defaults to write back).

accept the defaults or is there something else to deal with. this is just to set up the virtual disk.
