Question : Problem: System failing when running scans, installing programs, and running programs.

Whenever I run a scan, install a program, or play a software game, i get one of these three error messages. Until I disabled automatic restart I could only see the error page for half a second before it restarted.
*** STOP: 0x00000050 (0xFEE2043c, 0x00000000, 0xBF801233, 0x00000000)
*** win32k.sys - Address BF801233 base at BF800000, DateStamp 45f0146f PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
*** STOP: 0x0000001A (0x00041284 , 0xDE981001 , 0x000081ED , 0xC0E00000) MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
I have had this HP pavilion ze2000 laptop for roughly a year and a half and never encountered any major problems before. I did not install any new programs recently. I run windows XP, and I install all automatic updates. I have tried to run Norton, Spybot S&D, registry cleanup tool, and McAfee, but every time I try to run a scan, I get the MEMORY_MANAGEMENT error code.
EDIT: I am now also getting the error code *** STOP: 0x0000008e (0xc0000005, 0x805AFB1B, 0xB8180B20, 0x00000000) about 2 minutes after I log in.

Do you have adiagnostic cd to boot from and test the memory? If not download memtest and run it to see if the memory is pulling errors
