Question : Problem: Not able Print from Tally 7.2

Hi ,

Today morning i saw some problem like if users open the tally it used to say Memory Access Violation and it exits. So users were not open tally 7.2

I tried troubleshooting, then at last i stopped the printspooler service and then tried opening the tally and it was successfull.

But the problem is if i stop printspooler service they wont be able to print.

We have print  server and for users we connecting the printer throu that. I tried reinstalling the drivers and printers.

Pls let me know what has to be done.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer then it worked fine
