Question : Problem: CA ARCserve Error

Hello All
I am receiving a error when trying to backup with ARCserve E3719,E3712, attached is a picture, i am able to backup small files without a problem, but when i try to write 1.9 terrabytes i get this error(s), does anyone have any clues where i should start? ive tried changing the SCSI cable no luck, and also reinstalled the software.

the errors point to an issue related to the hardware.
these are the components i would check:
*update the SCSI card drivers (if available)
*look for any SCSI errors in Windows event viewer - system log

*your tape library/drive manufacturer would have a diagnostic tool (tape tools) - run a thorough read/write test to check the drive health.
