Question : Problem: Replaced Bezel - Need to know power connection sequence
I have an emachine T2596. Motherboard is a Trigem Imperial-GV although it appears that this would be the same on any board.
I had an issue with a bad power button. I bought a replacement bezel. Before removing the old one I wrote down the connection sequence, BUT I misplaced the notes.
The connector pins are on the front corner of the board next to the jumpers and look like this: (... ....) e.g. 3 pins, a space, and 4 more pins. I have 3 wire pairs that would require a total 6 pins, not 7.
(1) Power Switch - Black and White Wires
(2) Power LED - Green and White Wires
(3) HDD LED - Red and White Wires
I need to know which pins and the sequence to properly connect to the motherboard. I've checked a number of sites but haven't seen any documentation related to this.
Thanks in advance,
JB

OK.
Some more links. Some are in Korean and some may need registering for services/help. Trouble is identifying which motherboard you have.
