Question : Problem: Palm Treo Windows Mobile 6 Calendar Sync Issue with Exchange 2003 SP2

My Windows Mobile 6 Palm Treo 750's have stopped calendar syncing when I make an entry on the PDA. I can't sync using the OMA via a web browser either. Items sync from the mailbox over the air but not the other way round. Palm have advised me to upgrade from WM5 to WM6 despite the fact that they know I have only WM6 devices. Has anyone had similar issues and have a solution for me?

Turned out that the users needed to be given specific rights to the Exchange Information Store. This just happens for some of our users that also causes issued with full Outlook clients. Once these rights are added for the users the problem disappears.
