Question : Problem: HP 2500 color printer

i have a all ink lights flashing and i have reied changing  a couple of ink cartridges and still they flash.  i had an ealier problem with aloud siren sound and took all the moving removable parts out and reseated them and now i get all the ink lights flashing.  

any ideas to resolve this?

Just the ink lights or the ink lights and the attention light as well?

This is generally a failure to detect the cartridges. Are they in date?
