Question : Problem: Cluster Hard drives

I am setting up my first Windows 2003 cluster using 2 servers.  The shared storage is on a SAN.  I had the SAN admin configure my storage and I insured my servers can see it.  My question is this, I will be cluster my 2 server using 2 SAN disks.  I have created my partitions on server1, so do I do the same for server 2 just like server 1?

Correct.  You should be able to go ahead with the Cluster Admin Wizard now to create the cluster.
