Question : Problem: Toshiba Satellite 115cs

I'm having trouble with my keyboard. Somehow every time I hit the tab or the #1 key, it tabs and types a 1. Both keys do the same thing. Same with #9 and letter O key. When you press either it types "9o". I check the keyboard setting in control panel and everthing is ok. Also removed keyboard and let Windows detect and install new one. Still does same thing. Anyone experiencing anything like this, or have any ideas?
