Question : Problem: Ipod headphone jack stopped working after using griffin amplifi

Hi experts!

Hoe can i get in contact with apple via email? I've used my apple ipod on the griffin amplifi and now my headphone jack isn't working anymore. If i plug my headphones in, nothing's there. Has any ever experienced something similar?

Is this yours (new or exsisting), a friends, display, or any other place?

There might be the possiblility that the Griffin has shorted this out.  I had a customer who walked into Best Buy with his Video.  Plugged it into a display model and burned out his logic board.  It could have something to do with the unit itself.

Have you tried to listen to music out of the dock connector yet?  Does your computer still recognize the iPod?

If there is no music out of the headphones and no music out of the dock connector, then your logic board is fried.
