Question : Problem: Installing Blackberry Manager on a remote computer
I would like to install the Blackberry Manager on a remote desktop for our Help Desk admins so they can manage users without connecting to the server via Remote Desktop. We have BES 4.1.4 and Exchange 2003. I found documentation on how to install the Blackberry Manager on a remote computer (versus installing on BES server). However, what I can't seen to find is whether you can install the Blackberry Manager on multiple computers. For example, can you have Blackberry Manager installed on the BES server, AND also running on multiple remote computers (help desk admins)?

You can run BlackBerry Manager on remote systems and the BES server at the same time. Just remember that when you perform future BlackBerry server updates the remote client need to be updated also.
