Question : Problem: BlackBerry Professional Software - User List Blank

I'm running Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003 on same Server (Dell PE2900)
Exchange seems to be running fine, i downloaded Blackberry Professional software with
1 free user license. Aftern installation (everything went fine). Home tab shows 1 license being
used, but on the users tab there are no usernames listed. What am I doing wrong?

1.jpg) You didn't associate the BESADMIN to a mapi profile when it asked you to put in Username and server name.

1. START > Programs > Blackberry Enterprise Server > Edit MAPI Profile and ensure the Blackberry client is set correctly.

2. START > Programs > Blackberry Enterprise Server > Blackberry Server Configuration > BlackBerry Server Tab > Edit MAPI Profile and ensure the Blackberry client is set correctly.


2.jpg & 3.jpg) Don't know why it shows 1 user.  Could be a system user. But you will not see any users until you add them.

What account did you use to install this?  Did you follow the prereqs: permissions, etc?

Why don't you use Blackberry for SBS?  You get 5 licenses.
