Question : Problem: Can I pass POE thru a standard patch panel to an end device?

I have a poe switch used to power cameras. I want to know if I can plug my POE switch into my patch panel then power the camera thru the patch panel. Will the patch panel

I have 40+ phones powered through POE switches.  All the wiring is terminated in the server room with patch panels.

I have a Fluke cable qualifier, so I could verify and troubleshoot wiring.  It helps when you have one out of a hundred ports come out bad...lets you know that you're not doing something wrong...just a wiring problem.
