Question : Problem: Scanner - Yellow Tint fro bulb

I have a scanner that is now scanning with a yellow tint, not nice white glow from the bulb. The documents are also having this yellow tint on the file once it has been scanned.
Is the bulb going bad? Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated.

It has to be a nice bright white glow from the bulb, if the bulb is fading, you will notice the document is getting darker.
For instance, the Agfa StudioScan leaves the bulb on 24hours a day. Well, it's going to burn out!!!!
