Question : Problem: My Logitech webcam works under it's own software but not Yahoo Messenger.

I just get a blank screen when trying to open my webcam under Yahoo Messenger. Have you any idea how I might correct this?

Answer : Problem: My Logitech webcam works under it's own software but not Yahoo Messenger.

First activate the webcam option in Yahoo! Messenger(i am referring the latest Yahoo! messenger with voice beta). Login to your Yahoo! Account and then click on Messenger on the meu bar. In the Pop down box, select the option "My webcam" and approve the detection of your webcam. If the screen with the message "Sorry, No webcam was found on your system", click on "File" and then "Preferences" on the same window. In the Preferences window, click on the camera source button and map your camera to that space.
        Try this procedure and find wether your camera has been added to the messenger window.
