Question : Problem: Slow Local Printer Share On NT4 Network

Hello,
my Scenario: a PC with a local printer(HP970cxi) connected and shared to the network, second PC is sending his jobs over our NT4 Network (windows 2000 server) to the first one. First one is a PIII/500 with 256MB RAM. The jobs are printed very slow. Any ideas to increase the performance ?
