Question : Problem: DOT_4 error

Installed HP Offijet K80 xi and when trying to print , I get an error message saying " there was an error when trying to print to Dot 4.

Reinstalled all driver and printers.

How do I get rid of that..


help please.

DOT4_001 is a PORT used by HP printers...
