Question : Problem: Printer Job Notes dialogue box keeps appearing?

My question is this:

In our office we have a Minolta Dialta Di620 photocopier with a Fiery Model Pi6200 (a little box that puts the photocopier on the network so you can use it as a network printer).

Anyway any machines running win2000 or XP cannot see the copier on the network, even when adding the ips into the hosts file. So I found one way around this, I setup the photocopier on our NT server by mapping a port so it thinks the copier is local and then shared this. So now all the Win2k/XP machines can see the copier which is shared on our NT box and everything is fine and dandy.

Now the problem is this, when I do the above setup, everything you print to the photocopier from a Win2k/XP machine the following box pops up.  See below picture:

If you click cancel the print job is stopped, if you click ok the print job goes through and prints to the copier. I want to know HOW to disable this box. I have looked at all the options in the printer setup and cannot see anything relating to this.

All the pcs which can see the copier directly, the win9x machines do NOT have this problem......when you hit print the job goes straight through. So I am pretty sure it has something to do with the NT box.....but I am at a loss. Has anyone got any answers or come across this problem before?

Thanks for anyone who is able to offer any assistance. The NT box is running sp6 and there is nothing else particularly special that I can think of mentioning.
