Question : Problem: Motorola Q smartphone running Windows Mobile 5.0 to sync Outlook (2003 SP2) data on an Exchange Server

Hi,
I need to know how to setup a Motorola Q smartphone running Windows Mobile 5.0 to sync Outlook (2003 SP2) data on an Exchange Server. It is on the Verizon Network with the data and phone plan. I have read the documents on the Verizon site, but still have issues. We tried Wireless Sync with the PC monitor software (monitoring one pc). I have access to all the settings I need for the Exchange Server. First, should MS Active Sync be turned off or can Active Sync and Wireless Sync coexist? The last thing I tried was to uninstall the wireless sync - pc monitor on the desktop and Active Sync synchronized up to a point and I got an error 0x8503001c. We are receiving IMAP emails but no Outlook Emails. How should I begin to get this mess straightened out?
