Question : Problem: SAN Solution needed

I am the networks guy of a company which has thousands of people. We have 10 servers atleast in our server roon with about 300 GB plus data to backup on tape every night from these servers.

These servers are mostly Windows based with few on Unix.

Can somebody recommend a SAN solution for taking backup of these servers in on least possible backup tapes and backup drives.
