Question : Problem: Citrix Dropping One Home Users Connection

We run Citrix PS4.0 and allow our employees to work from home one day per week.  We have one user who continually gets their connection dropped (15-20 times per day). She is running Vista Home Edition and has a cable modem connection.  None of our other users are experiencing this issue.  We have reviewed our server settings and cannot find anything that would cause this.  This user believes it is our server however we do not.  Does anyone have any suggestions on what we can try to determine where this problem is originating?  Thank you very much!  Lynn

Turn off the Vista firewall completely for testing purposes. The new Vista Firewall is much different from XP. Vista's mintors both inbound and outbound connections

If that works your going to have to make an exception in the firewall for the Citrix client software / and or ports that it is using.
