Question : Problem: Some users on see three different fonts in MS Office in Citrix?

I have one or two users that when they log into any MS office app they have three fonts: Times New Roman, Device Font 10cpi, 12cpi and 17cpi. It seems to only happen when the user logs into Citrix from a machine that has MS Office locally. I do not even know where to begin on this issue at. So ANY help would be appreciated.

Answer : Problem: Some users on see three different fonts in MS Office in Citrix?

This was  caused by the Microsoft image writer being on the machine. I removed the printer and there font came back.
