I have two citrix server and cant login to one of the server from some clients.

The problem is ehat I newer get an loginpromt from some clients but I gan start an RDP session

How are you logging in, Program Neighborhood, PNAgent, or Web Interface? When you say you get a login prompt do you normally have some sort of paas through authentication setup? If you put in your credentials are you getting an error?
