Question : Problem: Need Software to replace Itunes to manage IPOD.
|
|
Hi,
I need to edit my IPOD Playlists with a sound editor, such as Roxio's Sound Editor, to remove unwanted passages and to control sound volume and fade in and out functions.
Is Anapod a good choice and can Anapod perform this function?
Also, will I lose frequency response by converting to MPS from AAC?
Thanks, Howie

Howie; Normally you should have the songs, files, in your computer and also the playlists. During the sync ITunes and IPod will update their info. The playlists I've made are done in the computer and transfered to the IPod during the sync. I'm not sure about the "On the Go" playlist but i think they're transfered form the IPod to ITunes. Ijust read Anapod info from their Web, I don't think it's capable of making fade in/fade out, cutting parts of a song or messing with the volume, so again I think the best way will be to create a large file with the music & effects you want using an external software and then importing it to the IPod as a song.
