Question : Problem: Getting Rid of Annoying "Welcome to Your New iPod" message in iTunes
I just bought a new 80 Gig video iPod to replace my already full 30 gig model. I was able to connect it with my laptop running iTunes 8 for Wihdows and all my music seems to have transferred over properly to my new iPod.
However, every time I plug the new iPod into my laptop in order to sync w/ iTunes, an annoying "Welcome to Your New iPod" screen appears that asks me to "1. Set Up Your iPod & 2. Register & Set up Your iTunes Store Account." Then it forces me to click on the Continue button before I can get to the Summary tab .
This is extremely irritating. I have already set up my iPod and do not wish to see this stupid screen every time I plug in.
